Designing Your Life With Intention

Why does everything feel like so much— all the time?

Through the OAM Collective, you'll understand why—and redesign your life with intention.

An Overachiever Mom is...

...the woman who has poured herself into a life she has worked hard to build. She's capable. She's committed. She's also starting to realize that capable women get to want more — and that wanting more doesn't make her ungrateful. It makes her ready.

She comes in many forms.

But her story always finds
the same truth.

The Overachiever Mom isn't a single story. She's a spirit. She reaches — regardless of where she started or what the path looked like. Can you relate?

The Climber

She followed the traditional path — school, career, marriage, kids, climb. She's done everything right and arrived somewhere that looks like success. And she still feels the gap between the life she built and the one she imagined.

"I've checked every box. Why does it still feel like something's missing?"

The Builder

She didn't have the straight path — but she created one. Life handed her detours and she turned them into roads. She's resourceful, resilient, and has carried more than most people will ever know.

"I built this from nothing. I know I'm capable of more — I just need space to figure out what that is."

The Juggler

She's deep in the middle of it right now — kids, career, maybe a dream she keeps deferring. She hasn't arrived anywhere yet. She's holding everything together and quietly wondering when it gets to be about her.

"I know there's more for me. I just can't see it from where I'm standing."

The woman behind the work

I didn't build this
from the other side.
I built it from
inside it.

I'm Jasmine Bibb — life design strategist, Human Design guide, speaker, and founder of The Overachiever Mom Collective. For over 15 years I've led teams, built products, driven outcomes, and shown up fully in corporate spaces — all while navigating the beautiful, yet demanding realities of motherhood and everything in between.

I was able to build The Overachiever Mom Collective when I got honest enough to name what I was carrying and brave enough to start designing something different. I decided that awareness without action wasn't enough — and that the women around me deserved a framework to truly give their purpose a chance.

You already know
this isn't all there is.

The question isn't whether you're capable. You've already proven that. The question is what you want to do with what comes next — and whether you're ready to design it intentionally.
